Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated 8 November 2026
This policy applies to every payment made to IncidentLabs for a paid subscription.
Full refund within 7 days
If you're not happy with a paid plan, email navalbihani15@gmail.com within 7 days of paying and we'll refund the full amount, as long as you have used less than 20% of the content that the plan unlocked. Tell us the email on your account and roughly when you paid; no other reason needed.
After 7 days
Payments aren't refunded after 7 days, including renewals; nothing is charged again unless you choose to renew. If something on our side stopped you from using what you paid for (for example a long outage), write to us and we'll make it right with a refund or extra time.
Cancelling
- UPI plans are paid once per period (1 or 12 months) and never charge again on their own, so there is nothing to cancel: Pro ends on the date shown on your billing page unless you renew. Renewing early adds the new period after the current one.
- While a payment is waiting for verification you can withdraw it from its status page, for example if you typed the transaction ID wrong.
- Deleting your account doesn't refund a payment automatically. Ask for a refund first if you are within the 7 days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent back to the UPI account you paid from, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Access to the refunded plan ends when the refund is issued.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice, or charged without getting access, email navalbihani15@gmail.com with the payment details and we'll refund the extra charge in full.
See also our terms and contact page. Complaints can also go to our grievance officer, who acknowledges them within 48 hours and resolves them within one month.
